Outfitted with a customized app developed by Living Goods and Medic Mobile, CHPs get a step-by-step guide to effectively diagnose their patients.
ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS - Patient's medical histories and contact information is stored by the CHP’s (no clipboards and old-school forms, here!)
TEXT ME, MAYBE? - Daily dosage reminders and medical advice is texted (free of charge) to patients and pregnant mothers.
GIMME THAT TROPHY - A real-time dashboard helps CHPs track their goals and targets. Managers monitor their team’s performance as every branch “competes” for the Highest Performing Branch award (plaque included).
Perhaps most importantly, when CHPs are treating sick patients, the app asks six simple questions to help guide them to an accurate diagnosis. More serious cases can be flagged for immediate referral to a qualified facility.
