For September's trip - you'll travel with us to visit three local partners who are tackling poverty by creating jobs. You'll meet the entrepreneurs and families they are serving. Oh, and we're going on a two-day safari, during prime migration season.
To join, you must be a member of The Collective giving at least $30 a month. Sign up here: Join The Collective.
One spot will be raffled off on August 5th at 3PM EST. Three remaining spots are reserved for the first three people who successfully recruit 30 of their friends to join The Collective.
We will provide you with fundraising tips and the material that will help you to run a successful campaign. A good start is to send emails and share your campaign through social media
By joining our Collective with a minimum commitment of $1 a day ($30 per month) you will impact one person every week.
If 30 of your friends join, you’ll create 7 jobs and impact over 1,800 people each year.
Yes. You must be 18 or older to enter. You also must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States and in good health.
After signing up, we'll send you a unique URL you can share with friends. You will receive an automatic email every time a friend signs up.
The trip will be 7 days, starting on Labor Day weekend: from Saturday, September 3rd to Saturday, September 10th.
All on-the-ground costs such as meals, hotels and transportation are covered. As well as flights from the US to Nairobi. #ForReal.
You are responsible for any fees associated with your passport, visa ($50), transportation to/from your closest local airport, any medications or shots, as well as medical and travel insurance. We've got the rest. Which... we think is pretty awesome.
Nope (unless your friend also wins). But think of it as a trip with ten of your future friends. You'll be with TAP's co-founder, Becky Straw, TAP staff, a few incredible entrepreneurs and the three other winners...
Sure thing. If you win but those dates don't work for you, we'll make every effort to get you on the next trip (or, we can take your lucky friend).
Unfortunately, the trip is not wheelchair accessible.
Let us know so we can accommodate.
