She holds a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from NYU. Nicky got her start in NYC alongside Becky at charity: water in the early years of the organization. Following that experience, Nicky has spent much of her professional career helping grow nonprofits and startups in operations, communications and systems. Proud of her Native American Echota and Alabamian roots, Nicky has been in New York since 2004 (and still loves it!). When not in the office or field, Nicky enjoys traveling and taking on new challenges, from climbing Kilimanjaro to learning to scuba dive!
