Ashley Dittmar

Chief Development Officer

Ashley is a development professional who has spent 15 years raising critical funds for various nonprofit organizations. She has also built various philanthropy programs at Crisis Text Line, BlinkNow Foundation and Pajama Program while growing their multi-million philanthropic fundraising efforts. Ashley began her fundraising career at UC San Diego working for the Press School and then she launched the first stewardship and donor relations program for The Rady School of Management, most notably collaborating on a gift of $100M. She then spearheaded the annual giving program at Project Concern International, focusing on innovative ways to retain thousands of donors and increase their support each year. 

Ashley has an MPA for Nonprofit Management and Leadership from University of Southern California and BA for International Business and Social Work from San Diego State University.  

You may find her traveling globally (60 countries and counting), learning new hobbies, and exploring NYC or Mid-Coast Maine with her husband, Logan and dog Stevie.
