Prior to The Adventure Project, Becky spent three years helping to launch the nonprofit, charity: water, where she was the Program Director for their water portfolio. Becky has also consulted for UNICEF's Division of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene. Becky and her co-founder, Jody are the recipients of the 2015 Diane von Furstenberg People’s Voice Award for female founders making a difference. 

A graduate of University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA, she is honored to have been named Outstanding Alumni of the Year and included in the Hall of Fame for her membership on the swim team. She received her Master's from Columbia University's School of Social Work with a concentration in Social Enterprise Administration and International Social Welfare.

Becky is married, has two young kids and lives in South Orange, NJ.
