Brady Norvall is the Founder and C.E.O. of FindaBetterU™, an education counseling firm with clients across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. Brady worked as a college counselor inside high schools and in the nonprofit sector with college counseling organizations and, for the last 17 years, has served as a private resource for a large swath of British, American, and international schools across Latin America, the Young President's Organization (YPO), and consults with corporate partners including banks and executive coaching firms to teach them about the dynamics and challenges within the university admission landscape.

His love continues to be to mentor teenagers and help families navigate the processes of education planning and goal-setting, specifically from high school to university in the U.S. He empowers students with the right information and a healthy sense of friendship so they can become their best selves. He speaks on higher education, cultural concepts of success and happiness, the transitions families undertake with adolescents, and how to create positive communication around the process of college planning.
