Kennedy is married and has three boys, ages 13, 7, and 2. He is a farmer and rents a pump from his neighbor, Francis, who was hired as an Irrigation Agent.
Before accessing the pump, Kennedy hired workers to water his farm manually. It was expensive, time-consuming, and difficult to sustain.
With the pump, Kennedy saves time—irrigation that once took four hours now takes only one. He grows more produce, sells to schools and markets, and earns a more consistent income, even while still renting the pump.
Kennedy dreams of buying his own pump, growing his farm and business, and continuing to provide his family with a stable income.
