Mildred is married to Paul and has four children. She is an organic farmer who revived her farm after switching to a KickStart pump.
Before getting her new pump, Mildred relied on an expensive solar pump that broke down. Droughts and rainy seasons made her farming unreliable and unsustainable.
With her new pump, Mildred revived her farm and now grows corn, vegetables, and fruit organically. She sells produce to neighbors and at the market.
Mildred hopes to continue growing her farm and creating stability for her family.
